You worked hard to succeed in high school – and we want to recognize all that effort!
The Faculty of Humanities offers a number of entrance awards and scholarships that are based on those achievements – and many are funded by donors who are passionate about supporting students just like you.
Details
- Value: $2,500-$5,000 (there are a variable number of scholarships available)
- Eligibility for Award: Eligible candidates must enter McMaster’s Humanities I, iArts (Integrated Arts) or Music program with a minimum admission average set by the Faculty
- Criteria: An AwardSpring application which includes:
- a two minute video; or
- a short statement (up to 250 words)
- Deadline: April 17, 2025 at 11:59 pm (ET).
How to apply
Applications open on Award Spring on November 1, 2024.
To enter, complete the common application in Award Spring. This will include submitting the short video or essay mentioned above answering a question provided in the application. Even better, the application on Award Spring can be used to apply for many other awards – it’s one application with lots of chances to get funding!
